"Marooned"

Have I told you about a valley, reaching to the Spanish Shore. It seems the waves go on forever, as you hear the Ocean's Roar. But then the Ocean reaches silence, as the ships row out of sight. Or, maybe I'm just going deaf, from the beer I drink each night. See I'm a Sailorman, marooned upon the shore. I've never done no harm. Don't know what I'm here for. I never touched the captain's wife. We were only causeing sparks. I don't know why I walked the plank, or why they fed me to the sharks. So here I sit, one Arm, one Leg, one Eye, one Testicle.
I even have that Captain's Hook still embedded in my skull. I know I'd still be standing tall, but my only Leg's asleep. And I think they really did me wrong, stealing my two gold front Teeth. I'm just a Sailorman, marooned upon the shore. I've never done no harm. Don't know what I'm here for. But if I had another chance, I'd gladly give my life. I'd throw that Captain overboard, and finish what I started with his Wife!

I stepped inside a vision, just a quaint romantic scene. Twas the days of yore when there were no wars. I took her for my queen. We stood alongside a mountain by a valley lined in gold. The church bells rang and the Angels sang. And so this story goes. We shared our wealth with Peasants and then we set our Servants free. My Crown and Jewels, I gave to fools. For she is all I need. Then we built a Great Cathedral, to thank the Lord above. For I have seen the wealth of Kings, but my Queen has shown me Love!

"Still I hear that Song"

Last night, I saw the strangest thing as I turned out my light.
There was an Angle on my window seal, just singing in the night.
I wondered what he’s singing, because he must be Heaven sent.
Then when he got to the chorus, I knew exactly what he meant.

He sang; Brenda won’t you marry me.
A Love like this was meant to be.
We’ll live our lives in harmony.
Oh Brenda, please be mine.

These words they brought me sorrow, for this thought occurred to me.
So I spoke unto my Angle, in the hopes that he could see.
I told him that I asked her many times if she would stay.
She merely thanked me for my heart, and then she went away.

My Angle set in silence, and like my heart the music died.
The emptiness among us was as open as the sky.
Then once again I turned to him, to ask what I did wrong.
But like this love I’m thinking of, he had already gone.
And still I hear this song.

Brenda won’t you marry me.
A Love like this was meant to be.
We’ll live our lives in harmony.
Oh Brenda, please be mine.

"My Life ain't so bad"

Little bird fell out of his nest. Had no feathers to keep him warm. He layed there shivering on the ground, screaming because he was cold. Along came a Mother Cow, saw the bird there on the ground. She thought of a way she could keep him warm, then suddenly she turned around. The sum of her good intentions were dumped right on his head. Little birdie was nice and warm. Thought he found him a brand new home. I think of that bird and I know, my life ain't so bad.
Little Bird started noticing that the smell was mighty strong. He held his head up above it all and started screaming out that something was wrong. Along came a Mother Wolf, pulled the bird straight from his jam. She held him up and she brushed him off. Then she ate him like a slice of ham. I think of that bird and I know, my life ain't so bad!

These words are on a subject; I feel, deserves your train of thought. There's this form of conversation, I'm sure no one has been taught. And yet; we use it, sometimes confuse it with hereditary traits, But, it's a talent we've acquired and we all manipulate. Yes; I'm talking about that language that your body speaks so well. See; it's an additive, a gimmick for these ideas that we sell. It's an expression of our feelings to show our minds have been compelled. Take advantage of this talent and your message will prevail. Now, I know there's much confusion on this subject that I teach. Some say it's much to inconspicuous to label it as speech. It's rarely well-communicated, simply makes things complicated, Thoughts at best insinuated, it's much too incomplete. Now visiting the pros and cons, just adds to the confusion. And these many years of research won't support but one conclusion. From an analytic view I must confess, When it comes to reading women, it's no better than a guess!
